Willix 2-Side Print Customized Teardrop Banner Sublimation Printed With X-Base and Fiberglass
Our teardrop and feather banners are made of fabric and not PVC. It is printed using eco-friendly dye sublimation process without the use of hazardous solvent.
We use only high quality Japanese printers and Italian inks for superb print clarity and color vibrancy.
The top pole that makes the arch is made of reinforced fiberglass-carbon composites with stainless steel connector and plastic cap. The vertical poles, usually 3 or 4 pieces, are powder-coated aluminum tubes. The lower pole is mounted on a stainless corrosion-resistant solid steel. The x-base is made of powder-coated solid steel.
The heights of our teardrop and feather banners range from 9 feet to 13 feet. The width of the printed banner ranges from 27 inches to 32 inches.
Excluding the base, the weight of the teardrop or feather fabric is half a kilogram and the pole is only less than a third of a kilogram. The x-base is 1.4 kilograms The waterbag can weigh up to 30 kilograms when filled with water.
It can be installed in 3 easy steps:
1) Assemble the rods.
2) Insert the rod into the banner sleeves.
3) Clip the banner fabric to the bottom and place it on the x-base.
