Pay Php 2,000 refundable deposit. Submit one (1) Design Inspiration (DI) and we will create it based on your instruction. We don't accept design request without a Design Inspiration (DI). After the first design creation, you may ask for 1 revision without pay. There may be additional fees for additional revision after the first one. Please fill up the form.

CATALOGUE DESIGNS

Just use the 3DWEAR catalogue and click "Submit" or “Email To A Friend” in the basket. The design will bear the Willix logo.

EMAIL YOUR DESIGN

Submit to use your own design and we will assess if appropriate.

REMINDER:
All free and 3dwear designs shall bear the logo of Willix Sports. WillixSports shall reserve the right to upload the design in the 3DWEAR catalogue.
