This is one way to derive the length of your shirt, sleeves, and shorts using your height. Please be warned that this may not apply to some body physique types.

First, measure your height in inches or centimeters. Then, use your height and multiply it with the numbers below using a calculator. Please refer to the diagram to visualize the formula.
1) Shirt Length = 0.40 x Height
2) Long Sleeves = -.40 x Height
3) Short Sleeves = 0.30 x Height
4) Shorts Length = 0.25 x Height (for shorter outseam)
                               = 0.30 x Height (for longer outseam)
