Spot Printing Methods
Instant Custom involves spot printing on solid color apparel. It is different from full-body printing as the latter involves print-cut-sew method that is done inside the factory (and that is why it is classified under Factory Custom).
Embroidery is preferred for small chest or nape logos and graphics. If embroidery is not recommended (such as in complicated or big graphics), then the following spot printing methods are recommended.

NOTE: Our shop artist will determine the best method to be used based on his/her assessment of the graphics to be printed.
Subli Only - This method is ideal for light colored drifit apparel. It involves the use of sublimation printer and pressing the printed design directly onto the apparel without the need for other materials..
Subli On HTV - This method is ideal for light colored cotton apparel. It involves the use of a sublimation printer and pressing the design on a clear heat transfer vinyl (or HTV).
HTV - This stands for Heat Transfer Vinyl. This method is ideal for all colors and types of fabric, as long as the graphics involves solid colors and not-so-fine details. It involves the use of a heat transfer vinyl that is cut using a digital cutter and pressed onto the apparel.
DTF - This stands for Direct-To-Film. It involves the use of a textile printer that prints directly on a film, which is then heat-pressed onto the apparel. Although this method is the most versatile, it involves a long process in a controllled environment.

These are examples of simple solid and complicated prints. Although the DTF (or direct-to-film) method can do all types of designs on any type of fabric and color, it is not considered Instant Custom as it will be done inside the factory.
