1. After filling up the form, an invoice shall be emailed to you as basis in paying the fee.
2. Minor revision shall be free until the first request only.  Each additional revisions shall have additional charge of Php 800 or USD 16.
4. Cleaning up or digitizing of low-resolution logos shall have a fee of Php 500 or USD 10.
​5. The additional charges shall be billed separately.
