Our ordering system starts with the online iQOT+(or Instant Quote and Order Tracking). We can not process any order without going through the iQOT. We don't take orders through dictation or texting via phone because that method may result to errors when retyping the information in our system. The iQOT eliminates errors because it goes straight to our production system.
The order fulfillment process usually takes 15 working days. Sometimes, the lead-time may takes longer up to 29 days. The counting starts after downpayment or after the submission of ready-to-print graphics, whichever comes later. It may take longer depending on the volume and actual load when the order was placed. We follow a 3-step process (Digital Proofing - Color Proofing- First Unit Production) that commences only after receiving iQOT, downpayment, and final graphics:
1) We will prepare and email digital proof for customer's approval. Initially, the customer must provide artwork in Photoshop or Illustrator format and it will be converted into ready-to-print digital layout or proof.
2) We will print on fabric with a scale of 1:25 and email the photo for approval. The customer is advised to view the actual sample fabric color print.
3) Only after approval of steps 1 and 2 that we make the first unit for viewing on mannequin. This first unit forms part of the order quantity. Any changes in graphics after the first unit shall not be allowed unless the customer pays for it. The customer is also advised to view the first actual unit.
4) Mass production starts as soon as the first unit is seen and approved by the customer.
5) Shipment may take 1 to 2 days within the Philippines and 4 to 6 days outside the Philippines.
3-STEP Proofing Explained
Ideally, the proofing process shall be completed within a 8-day period, unless the customer requests for further changes or improvements in the design, which may entail adjustment in the production target.
STEP 1
The digital proof is the detailed drawing showing all the specifications like colors, fonts, graphics, logos, seaming, thread, etc. A rotating 3D view shall also be shown. The digital proof shall be prepared by WillixSports artists and shall be emailed to the customer within 4 days after receiving the artwork files or instructions about the design.
step 2
The COLOR TEST PRINT is done on the actual fabric as small as a bond paper.. The objective of this step is for the customer to see the actual colors on the fabric and feel also the texture of the fabric. It is NOT supposed to be the basis to evaluate the clarity and details of the design or logos because the sample print will look PIXELATED due to its small size. compared to the texture of the fabric, especially if shown on photo. The best way to appreciate the sample fabric print is to see it in actual. If you need to see the details and check the clarify of the print, you can do it during the digital proof even if it is not printed yet because our system of printing is digital and it follows that what you see on screen is what you get. Please be reminded that this STEP 2 only aims to show the color in comparison to any specified color scheme from our color chart or from Pantone booklet.
NEVER trust a photo or your computer screen in evaluating colors. Always depend on the actual sample.
STEP 3
The first unit is done only after the digital proof and color test print are approved. This first unit already forms part of the order. It is shown to the customer for appreciation before the mass production, in case there are last-minute changes that can not be avoided.
If the customer still wants to make changes, he will already pay for this first unit and will have to approve again the digital proof while skipping the sample fabric print process. Once the digital proof is approved for the changes, we will then proceed with the mass production immediately.

After the mass production, the customer will be advised about the shipment procedures and arrangement.
