Our sublimated patch is a new way to decorate your jersey. It gives texture to your plain or sublimated sportswear and make its feel similar to an embroidered patch or logo.
The only difference is that a sublimated tackle twill can show much finer details that embroidery can not display. Sublimated patches are have satin stitches all around and are sewn on the garment. How To Iron On Subli-Twill Patches
Important Reminders:
1) Not all flat irons are manufactured the same. Some flat irons emit excessive heat on some spot and not so adequate heat on other areas of the platen.
2) Some apparel can not tolerate excessive heat so always test your apparel if it can withstand 75% knob setting.
3) If after following the process and you think the patch is not adhering well on the fabric, you may press again with a higher temperature or pressure.
4) If after washing and the patch start to delaminate, you may press it again following the above procedure.
5) If you find out that the fabric can not withstand the heat necessary to adhere the patch well or if the patch start to delaminate after some time, you may consider sewing the edges of the patch on the apparel.
