Its main difference from sublimation or screenprinted apparel is the way the embellishment (like logo, numbers, and names) is made. The embellishment is stitched to the fabric, giving the apparel a textured feel and elegant old-school look.

Tackle Twill Apparel is one that is decorated with tackle twill embellishment. Tackle twill embellishment is a process where letters, numbers and logos are cut from poly-twill fabric using laser, digital cutter, or scissors, and then sewn to a garment. An adhesive backing tacks the material in place and the edges are satin-stitched using a digital embroidery machine in a matching or contrasting thread. Tackle Twill embellishment is commonly used for professional sports teams uniforms because of its durability and elegance.
